4. Free Trial Period
If we offer a free trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without being charged. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial period ends. No refunds will be provided for any fees charged after the trial period has expired.

5.2 Effect of Cancellation

6. Refund Policy
6.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to:
- First-time paid subscriptions (not applicable to free trials converted to paid)
- Requests made within 7 days of the initial payment
- Accounts that have not violated our Terms of Service
6.2 Pro-Rated Refunds
After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, we do not typically offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or years of service. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:

- Service features not functioning as described
6.3 Non-Refundable Items

10. Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan:
- The upgrade takes effect immediately
- You will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle
- Your next billing date remains the same
10.2 Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will continue to have access to your current plan features until then
- No refunds or credits will be issued for the difference in price
- Some features may become unavailable after the downgrade
11. Service Termination by Company
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases:
- No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time
- You will receive written notice of termination via email
- You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination
