4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by RECONAI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Payment Terms

If you choose to purchase any services offered through the platform, you agree to pay all fees and charges according to the payment terms in effect at the time. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees paid are non-refundable, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
